The deal
Surfio monitors public Reddit and Hacker News content for opportunities to engage with potential customers and drafts replies for you to review. You operate your own Reddit and Hacker News accounts and post replies yourself. Surfio never posts on your behalf.
Acceptable use
You agree to follow Reddit's and Hacker News's respective terms of service when posting replies. You agree not to use Surfio's drafts to spam, mislead, or harass other users. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that use Surfio to violate platform rules.
Billing
Surfio is billed monthly via Stripe. Plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required to start. You can cancel at any time from the billing settings page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; no refunds for partial months.
No warranty
Surfio is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that any specific reply will lead to a customer, that the classifier will correctly identify every relevant post, or that Reddit and Hacker News will continue to allow our monitoring methods. You use Surfio at your own discretion.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll email you about material changes at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of Surfio after a change constitutes acceptance.
